North Korea Nuclear Threat

Ok, so we have Kim Jon "Mentaly" Il up in North Korea creating a nuclear threat not only in that region but for the world as a whole. He has no business producing nuclear technology, nor does he frankly have a need for it. For such a ruthless dictator to have such technology can lead to only one logical end--war. Of course, who do we have to thank for this current situation? We can thank the Clinton Administration and their Secretary of State, Madeline Albright "not so bright". This is a frightening situation that we're becoming involved in and we need to ensure the stability of the world by NOT allowing North Korea to have nuclear weapons. How do we do this? Well, for starters we can't go to the United Nations have have a discussion about imposing sanctions and making statements of condemnation, or some other useless crap like that. We need to take very bold, decisive actions in order to resolve this current situation.
